OpenAI Said to Turn to Google’s AI Chips to Power ChatGPT and Other Products
OpenAI is said to be renting Google’s AI chips for ChatGPT and other products. While a major Nvidia GPU purchaser, OpenAI is now utilising Google’s Tensor Processing Units (TPUs) for both model training and inference.
